New since summer: the Spring Garden Beer District got another entry with Triple Bottom Brewing (915 Spring Garden St., 267 764-1994); Kensington landed Punch Buggy Brewing Co. (1445 N American St.); and Dock Street South (2118 Washington Ave., 215-337-3103) became a new piece in Washington Avenue’s ongoing transformation.
