Philadelphia photographer Bob Bruhin, who runs a website about Philadelphia’s “Eraserhood,” has had a fascination with the Callowhill neighborhood where filmmaker David Lynch once called home (taking its nickname from Lynch’s debut feature, Eraserhead). “I was shocked and frightened and secretly in love with it at the same time,” Bruhin recalled in a 2012 interview. “I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, and part of me also wanted to go back and find out more about it.” Bruhin created a 2015 calendar featuring his photos of the Eraserhood, highlighting the industrial beauty of the area. $24
