In 2019, you brought the Rail Park to life. This year, you brought laughter and joy to the Rail Park. You had conversations with neighbors.  You took walks, watched the seasons change, enjoyed dance and music performances, stargazed, and made new friends.  And we are just getting started.   This #givingtuesday, we are asking for more than your gift — we are asking you to join our movement. Together, we are bringing a new kind of park to life, one that will connect 10 different neighborhoods with three miles of bike lanes, gathering space, and greenery for all.   We can’t do it without you. You made Phase I happen by banding together with friends and neighbors to demand a brighter future for our City. With your support, we grew to a team of two full-time staff who work tirelessly to make the dream of the Rail Park a reality — connecting thousands of neighbors to nature, creating inspiring cultural experiences, and laying the groundwork for Phase 2.  Today, give to something that’s growing.  DONATE. Hello Members , Neighbors and Friends,
The RCO zoning meeting originally scheduled for November 11 has been rescheduled for Dec 9, 7:30 PM at Azavea, 990 Spring Garden St. Flyer is attached.
CNA attended the press conference announcing the $12.58 mil Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) grant received by PATCO towards its Franklin Sq. project. After hearing from speakers representing the Federal Transportation Administration, Delaware River Port Authority, Port Authority Transit Corporation and members of Congress including our own Dwight Evans everyone toured the station that will reopen in 2023. CNA was represented by Kelly Edwards, Sarah McEneaney and Zach Steinheiser.
