As springtime nears, and people are hitting their tolerance limits of the cold and the indoors, big spring events announcements are made (see: Firefly, Belle & Sebastian). But not every cool event in the fairer-weather months has to take place outdoors. Case in point, the 2013 Cinedelphia Film Festival.
