. He’s also a proud Italian American and excited to return to Philly for a stop at the Italian Market and dinner with you at Alla Spina! Manning the stove that night is the ultimate Philly-born Italian American, Sal Vetri (Marc’s pop), with a Sunday Supper that will make your Nonna jealous. Each course will be paired with one of Christian’s favorite Italian American brewers’ beers, and the meal includes a signed cookbook!

1st: Escarole Salad with Garlic Bread
paired with: Local Option Bierwerker Gose

2nd: Rigatoni with Sausage, Meatballs & Hardboiled Eggs
paired with: Russian River Damnation

3rd: Italian Ricott’ Pie
paired with: Dogfish Head Burton Baton

All for $45! Rolling seating, make a reservation any time between 5pm and 8:30pm. If you’re planning on hitting 6 events in two hours that night and can’t hang for dinner still drop in anytime to meet Christian and say “Salute!” with one of his favorite cheese pairings.
