Before that, the building was more or less open to whoever happened to walk by, a squatters’ paradise, if you will. Plans to transform the 20K sqft building into 12 two-bedroom and four one-bedroom rental apartments were designed by Harman Deutsch.

Students displayed some of their performance skills they have developed in their classrooms as well as in various specialist classes and Folk Arts Ensembles. Over 500 students, family members, faculty, friends and supporters were in the audience. Highlights of the celebration included an opening welcome by the FACTS Lion Dance Ensemble and the First Grade Parade of Snakes. Other performances included the Chinese Ribbon Dance Club, Dan Tranh and Recorder Ensembles, Indonesian Dance Ensemble, Middle School Choir and the Faculty Choir and Band.
