Saturday, Oct. 5, through Saturday, Oct. 19, the festival will feature three large-scale art installations using sound and light, as well as additional free community programming, like a taiko drumming performance, poetry reading, mural tour and discussion on public art and public spaces.

The kick-off celebration of the festival will occur on October 5, 2019 at 6pm at Baldwin Park, located at 429 N. 19th Street, from 6-8pm.  Please join the community for a fun evening with activities for the whole family as we count down to the first live musical performance in conjunction with the revealing of the Moon Viewing Platform installation along the Rail Park’s Cut (between 17th and 18th Streets).Callowhill Neighborhood Association
