Locker’s Restaurant, 8th and Vine Streets

The restaurant with two men standing on either side of entrance; two men standing at side of building; American flag on roof; streetcar tracks run on both streets. Signs on building: “Locker’s”; “Locker’s Oyster and Dining Rooms”; “Gray’s Ales 5 [cents] per glass”; above door: “Restaurant”; and on sign boards leaning against posts: “our 20 [cent] stews”; and “try our 30 [cent] roast dinners”.
