This fall, Franklin Mortgage and Lemon Hill alum Mike Welsh will open Brick & Mortar, a neighborhood American tavern, at 314 North 12th Street. Welsh, who has partnered with a cohort of industry vets on the project, is targeting early November for the launch of the full-service restaurant with full bar.
