Here’s a brief look back at 2013 as it to presented itself to PlanPhilly and Eyes on the Street. You’ll see work by professional photographers such as Neal Santos and Ed Hille, our own writing staff, an amazing group of shutterbugs who contribute all year long to the Eyes on the Street Flickr Group, including our regulars: Steve Ives, Gary Reed, Bob Bruhin, Theresa Stigale, and Michael Klusek. We also included some Philly Photo Day submissions!
